Why is Groundhog Day bad or how tired the gray days are? (Painter’s Diaries February 2, 2021)

Everyone is familiar with the cinematic classic Groundhog Day, where Bill Murray experiences one day for ages. How many similar films have been released, each of which has failed to achieve the success of the original.

So what is the beauty of sowing embarrassment? One of the biggest advantages is to upgrade your abilities, but you shouldn’t start any long-term project (you won’t have time to build a rocket). Another plus is to rethink your life, try different variations of the development of events, and decide on a business that you will not get tired of even after a million repetitions. Another plus to getting rid of your fears, life is an unpredictable thing, but you should not be afraid to “live”, meet a girl (a stranger or your old dream, an actress), or do something that you would never do in ordinary life.

There are also many disadvantages, but two main ones can be distinguished:

1)Limitation and inability to build long-term events (relationship with a girl, new friend, or bank deposit);

2)It flows from the first or is a part of it — this is an opportunity to go crazy. To do this, you need to try something new, but after a couple of dozen such days a person will need to share his pain and feelings with someone, but it will not be possible to get a long-term effect, because every day you have to convince someone that you are not crazy over and over again.

I am often asked why I am lost in time, to which I answer: “What time is it?”
